We just opened our newest Dairy Joy location at The Block Jax this week 🎉 and we’re looking for a strong, hands-on Store Manager to lead the charge. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who takes ownership, sets the tone, and builds a great team from the ground up.

🍨 Position Overview

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• On-site leadership role
• Reports directly to Operations Leadership
• Responsible for performance, culture, and accountability

💪 Core Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations
• Set the standard for cleanliness, service, and professionalism
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Build weekly schedules within labor targets
• Enforce policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Monitor digital sales and daily reports
• Maintain inventory and ordering systems
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Lead by example during peak hours
• Prepare weekly reports for ownership

⏰ Schedule Expectations (40 Hours/Week)

• 5 days per week (typical)
• Mix of opens, mids, and closes
• Required weekend coverage
• Required presence during peak hours

(Example: 2 opens, 2 closes, 1 mid per week)

✔️ Qualifications

• Previous management experience preferred (food service/retail a plus)
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer/POS proficiency
• Team leadership experience
• Valid transportation
